The present 'Plastic Bag Reduction Ordinace' of Quezon city was passed by city council to regulate the usage of plastic bag and to establish an environmetal fee earmarked as 'green fund' for the mechanism of its recovery and recycling. The ordinace comprises of 19 Sections which provides information on the topics such as prohibitions, violations, utilization of the green fund, etc.
